Bringing auto-axis locks from DJI’s flagship gimbals, the RS 4 Mini automatically unlocks upon power-on and locks when powered off or in sleep mode. This accelerates the filming, transition, and storage process. Additionally, the redesigned folding arms save space, and with a single-button press, the gimbal packs away effortlessly.
Easily shift between horizontal and vertical shooting in under 10 seconds. Just loosen and press the side knob, remove the horizontal plate, rotate 90°, and lock it back in place—perfect for mobile-first content creators.
With Teflon interlayers, balancing is now smoother and more efficient. The fine-tuning knob on the tilt axis allows for precise millimeter-level adjustments, while the quick-release plate with multiple positioning slots offers flexible camera balancing. Once set, the gimbal retains memory for fast reattachment without rebalancing.
Bluetooth pairing enables direct start/stop recording from the gimbal’s record button, eliminating the need for cables. The new zoom function lets you adjust Power Zoom for PZ lenses and Clear Image Zoom via the joystick, making one-handed operation seamless.
The refined OLED touchscreen now displays clearer icons and smoother UI performance. It includes real-time gimbal status prompts and an auto-lock feature that dims brightness to prevent accidental touches and conserve battery.
The RS Intelligent Tracking Module helps keep subjects perfectly framed for orbit shots, tracking shots, and solo filming. It supports tracking up to 32.8', ensuring smooth operation even in multi-person environments. If the subject briefly leaves the frame, the gimbal automatically re-tracks them.
